Promotional memberships, including discounted first-month offers, are also subject to a minimum three (3) month commitment. After the initial period, cancellations are subject to the same one-month notice.

Health, Safety & Third-Party Bookings
Medical Conditions
You are responsible for ensuring you are in good physical health before attending any class or event. Consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have medical conditions, injuries, or are pregnant/post-natal. Inform your instructor of relevant conditions prior to class. We may refuse participation where we reasonably believe it poses a health or safety risk.
Waiver Requirement
All participants—regardless of how they booked—must complete and sign the MOTION Health & Safety Waiver on their Momence account before attending any in-studio or online class. Participation without a completed waiver is not permitted. By attending a MOTION class, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the waiver and these Terms & Conditions.
Liability
Participation in MOTION classes (including Yoga, Pilates, Barre, and/or Sound Bath) is entirely at your own risk. MOTION (trading as Motion London Ltd), its instructors, and affiliates accept no liability for any injury, illness, loss, or damage sustained while attending classes or using our facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. MOTION does not provide insurance coverage for participants.
Health & Safety Waiver — Acknowledgements
By agreeing to the waiver, you acknowledge and accept:
Acknowledgement of Risk: There is a risk of injury or illness when participating in MOTION classes.
Waiver of Claims: You waive any claims against MOTION, its instructors, and affiliates for injury or damage arising from participation.
Acceptance of Responsibility: You accept full responsibility for any risks or injuries that may occur.
Consent to Medical Treatment: You consent to receive medical assistance if injured or unwell during a class.
Awareness of Special Needs: Certain activities may not be suitable for individuals with specific conditions or during pregnancy/post-natal periods.
Non-Medical Substitute: MOTION classes are not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment.
Consult a Physician: You agree to consult a physician if you have concerns about your participation.
Third-Party Bookings (ClassPass, Wellhub/Gympass & Similar Platforms)
Booking Responsibility: When booking via a third-party platform (including but not limited to ClassPass and Wellhub/Gympass), your contract for payment and booking administration lies with that third party. MOTION is not responsible for errors, delays, or disputes arising from third-party transactions or systems.
Waiver & Terms Acceptance: Third-party participants must still complete MOTION’s Health & Safety Waiver on Momence before attendance. By attending a class booked through a third party, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk; you have read, understood, and agreed to MOTION’s Health & Safety Waiver and these Terms & Conditions; and MOTION, its instructors, and affiliates are not liable for injury, loss, or damage except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Terms Precedence: Participation in any MOTION class, regardless of booking source, is deemed acceptance of MOTION’s Health & Safety Waiver and Terms & Conditions. MOTION’s waiver and liability exclusions take precedence over any third-party platform terms or representations.
Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations, late arrivals, and refund requests made through third-party platforms are governed by that platform’s policies. MOTION cannot override or modify ClassPass, Wellhub/Gympass, or other third-party policies.
Data Sharing: By booking via a third-party platform, you consent to the sharing of limited booking/attendance data between MOTION and the platform provider for attendance verification, capacity management, and health & safety purposes. No sensitive payment information is shared.
Indemnity: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MOTION (Motion London Ltd), its directors, employees, and instructors from claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation in classes booked via third-party platforms, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.

If you use a gift card online and the order total is less than the card value, any balance will remain on the card (provided it has not expired). Gift cards cannot be used for partial payment online for monthly subscriptions.
We may refuse gift cards that appear tampered with, duplicated, or suspected of fraud.
We may amend gift card terms and conditions from time to time where reasonable and necessary.
